Started out just fine, like any other edition of TTMI Radio. But then Block rode into his State Of TheThirdManIn.com address and all hell broke loose. A sleep-deprived Block is a dangerous recipe for us all but awesome radio as well. Objectionable content warnings apply. And there should be plenty of those. Headphones required for the second half of the show at work. Block let loose and no one was safe. I was anticipating him going into his Jesse Rogers is an assclown spiel. Hopefully next week? As for the state of the union, it's a sad day for sure.
The Third Man In ~ Radio will return one day later next week, Wednesday September 30th at 8pm on BlogTalkRadio.com/TheThirdManIn- (I'd bookmark that show page if I were you.) to accommodate the Hawks-Zurich Lions rebroadcast and a fantasy hockey draft Block will be attending. That's where we'll be next week for sure. Madison Street (on Clinton between Madison and Monroe two blocks from the Kennedy expressway) for the live draft party. Any and all comers are welcome. Have a cocktail, listen to the stories Block can't tell here on the radio (can you imagine?) or just get drunk and fall off your stool like you would anywhere else in the city Saturday night. The actual draft starts at 7:30 for those participating in the league. But again, anyone is welcome and encouraged to come down for as long as you'd like to hang out.
